About Amit Patel
Amit Patel has 25+ years of experience in software industry. He started his career as Customer Support Engineer where he got four promotions in a row to become Regional Customer Support Manager within 18 months.
Later he started his own Software Development company in 1997 along with friends. In this business Amit was instrumental in design, development, implementation and support for 60+ software applications serving 100+ clients. He was also able to imagine, design and develop products for Aviation Market in India and dominate the market in the MRO space.
In 2008 he quit his own company to join the corporate culture as a Senior Manager. Here he was responsible for building, managing, growing and scaling a Software Development unit for an MNC company. Starting with 13 engineers he grew the engineering team to 100+ engineers.
Since 2017 he quit his regular job to become a speaker, mentor and coach for professionals in the software industry. Now he has started this initiative to coach professionals to become A-Players in their industry with the Art of Invisible Positioning.
